We are lucky this year to have 15 of the 25 operators from last year back to work for us again. Along with the increased number of fulltime staff we now have, it is great to be able to build on our overall experience level and maturity so much within a couple of years.
As I mentioned in the autumn newsletter we now have some key staff in areas that we feel we can improve on which should give us some more “eyes and ears” in the field. Our goal as always is to deliver a high quality product to the customer and ensure that all their requirements are being met.
If you have staff you will know, experienced employees that are thinking and enjoying their job are the only way to get things done well.
